The owner, Matt Hughes is a register professional engineer who has worked as a project manager for various, large-scale industrial firms. That experience, coupled with his experience as a local small-business owner make him a valuable tool in assessing your real estate needs. Gene Allred brings to the table over 22 years of leasing, marketing and sales in the commercial real estate market. Prior to joining the LHCD team, he was trained by some of the best multi-billion dollar investment and development firms.
Getting Started
LionHeart Commercial Development was founded with the vision to address the unmet commercial real estate needs of small and medium-sized businesses by creating an alternative to leasing.
Matt Hughes , Founder and President of LionHeart Commercial Development, broke ground on the company’s first commercial development in March 2005. This was the flagship project of several successful projects and was instrumental in establishing LHCD as a leader in providing leasing alternatives to already successful business owners. LHCD has since received many new projects that stretch all the way from Houston , Texas to New York .
